NOVEL UPDATE

The hijackers tourtured and killed the mayor of New York, and shot one of the celeberties in the head. Mike the lead detective, is wondering what the hell is going on. The Jack the hijacker then calls Mike to tell him that they want the money wired to his account, by 9am tomorrow which happens to be Christmas. The NYPD gets all the money wired to the account and Mike tells Jack know let the hostages go. Jack informs Mike that he will let them go on his term. Jacks last request from the NYPD are eleven identical black sedans with dark tinted windows, gassed and ready, doors left open and engines left running. If I was planning something like this I guess if there was no way out this would of been my last option. The hijackers made all the hostages dress up in monk robes and ski mask. The police where not able to distinguish between the hijackers and the hostages they all loaded in to the sedans. Mike was in a helicopter and following the sedans they where all going the same direction and all of a sudden they all started going different directions. They where going towards the Hudson River, and the hijackers crashed the cars in to the Hudson, Mike and other several police officers then jumps from the helicopter to the icy cold Hudson River and release the hostages from the sedans. Wow, I couldn't have been Mike in that situation, I would of died just the thought being in the middle of a river! The hijackers escape they where loaded with oxygen tanks and diving gear. What I don't understand is that their original escape was going to be through a secret tunnel. But the police found out about it. Where the heck did the diving gear come from? Jack didn't request diving gear from the police.
